**Warranty Information**

– **General Warranty:** Replacement of defective parts within 30 days of delivery.
– **Power System Warranty:** 12 months limited warranty on the motor, controller, display, and battery.
– **Frame Warranty:** 12 months on the chassis, swing arm, and other non-wear parts.

**Documentation Required:** Proof of purchase and relevant documentation are required for warranty claims. Defects must be documented with images or videos. Our technicians will assess the defect and, if necessary, provide a replacement component at no cost. Local technician assistance may be required.

**Exclusions:** Warranty excludes normal wear components (tires, bearings, seals, chain, brake components, suspension valving), misuse, accidents, or neglect. There is no reimbursement for repair or assembly costs. Batteries are covered unless capacity drops below 65% of the original within the warranty period.

**Misuse Includes:** Altering wiring, using non-genuine parts, racing, crashing, or negligent charging, storing, or discharging. Such misuse will void the warranty. Warranty coverage is non-transferable and requires proof of purchase.
